Data Encryption

The SparkLearn SaaS was designed and built by incorporating industry standard security principles by AWS-certified engineers. The pillars of the security program are:

• Annual pentesting completed by a third-party organization.

• All traffic on the public internet is encrypted.

• All tenant data is logically separated.

• Industry leading Intrusion Detection System (IDS) with AI actively scans network traffic for malicious signatures. 

• Web Application Firewall (WAF) protects against common exploits.

• We adhere to a regular patching schedule, with off-schedule patching occurring for critical security vulnerabilities.

• Firewall regulated network access is in place for system components only allowing required traffic for application functions.

Additionally, white-labeled applications can be delivered in private B2B distribution via the Apple App Store or Managed Google Play to ensure only identified users have access to your SparkLearn instance.
