SparkLearn 4.20: Keep Learners Engaged and Admins in Control
We’re excited to introduce SparkLearn 4.20 — a release that turns up the dial on user experience, content flexibility, and mobile power. While it’s a modest release by version number, it’s a mighty one for how your team interacts with learning every day.
From smoother content navigation to better mobile stability, here’s how SparkLearn 4.20 delivers more of what you’ve asked for, and less of what slows you down.
⚓ Navigate Long Articles with Anchors
Nobody likes scrolling through a wall of text, especially not mobile-first learners trying to find the answer fast. That’s why 4.20 adds Anchor links, allowing content managers to break long articles into easily clickable, jump-to sections.
Now your team can find exactly what they need, faster. Whether it’s a troubleshooting step, compliance policy, or a key procedure, Anchor links help learners go straight to the good stuff.
🔖 More Bookmarks, Better Browsing
We’ve expanded the way bookmarks and tags are displayed — both in the web experience and in the mobile app. Instead of capping out at 50, users can now scroll through all their saved and tagged content with ease.
For admins: This means your most-used content is always accessible.
For learners: It means faster retrieval, more visibility, and fewer repeats.
🎯 UI Touch-Ups with Real Value
We’ve made subtle but meaningful enhancements to polish the learner experience:
Streak badge labels are now shorter and clearer
Due dates on assigned content are more visible across the app
Search and badge filtering now behaves more predictably
It’s the little things that reduce confusion and improve momentum, and this release handles a lot of them.
🔧 Fixes and Stability Where It Counts
Your app’s job is to work, so we made sure it does. SparkLearn 4.20 restores the Create Revision Info tool for articles and knocks out display bugs affecting achievements, bookmarks, and podcast episodes. And on mobile, we’ve locked in another round of stability improvements.
It’s leaner. It’s cleaner. It’s less likely to hiccup when your team needs it most.
🚧 Known Issues, Actively Addressed
We’re aware of a few quirks still in the wild like missing time stamps in Spanish, search bar highlighting issues, and a couple persistent glossary and browser bugs. These are already on our radar for future resolution.
Built for Today’s Teams
SparkLearn 4.20 is a reflection of how you work: busy, mobile, and focused on outcomes. Whether you're delivering frontline training or scaling expert knowledge, this release helps your content stay clear, accessible, and powerful.
