One of our core tenets as a company is Community (serving and giving back to those around us) which is why we are proud to provide effective and impactful training to Elite Community Outreach.
Based in Peoria, Illinois, Elite Community Outreach is non-profit with programs to keep troubled youth in school and off the streets and provide soft-skills job training to ex-felons re-entering the working world. As their mission and the number of people they serve have expanded, they needed a better way to train and communicate with them.
We sat down with Elite founder Carl Cannon to hear about how they’re using SparkLearn to stay organized and communicate internally and keep their students engaged and learning at their own pace. Carl also shared how SparkLearn enables them to expand their reach by bringing their training to other communities in need.
